15 yrs ago at the age of 36, I got the shock of a life time, I had broke my ankle and a blood clot from my ankle hit my heart causing a massive heart attack. Thankfully I was still at the hospital when it happened so I had great medical care. As a result, I find myself wanting away to monitor my blood pressure, and heart rate. So this bracelet got my attention, because it does so much more then just blood pressure, heart rate. It count calories, monitors sleep, has call reminders, sleep alarm, SMS alerts, Facebook and twitter, You can set it at military time, and on top of all of that, it is waterproof. There for it is not just a blood pressure bracelet, its also a smart watch! The screen is a touch screen, and lights up with you touch it or turn your wrist. I found it really easy to charge, and it charges fast. Just pop the watch part out of the rubber bracelet and plug it in with the cord and put the other end of the cord in to the computer and it charges. The one thing I do wish is the instructions where printed a little bigger, I found them hard to read even with my glasses on, I had to get a magnifying glass out. I want to apologize in advance, the pictures I took are not clear because I had the flash on and it blacked out the lighted up numbers on the watch.
