Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes In The Slow Cooker
Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes - slow cooker
1/4 cup of extra virgin Olive oil (I used regular olive oil)
4 large potatoes cut in half and quartered
3 cloves of minced garlic (I just used the garlic that comes already minced)
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary (I used the dried kind)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Sea salt to taste (you can use kosher too if you want)
Turn slow cooker on low..
in a bowl put oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper
place potatoes in bowl and stir until they are completely covered with oil mixture
pour everything in the bowl with the potatoes in to the slow cooker and cover
cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3. Each serving (about 4 quarter pieces) are 174 calories
