Peanut Butter Chicken
5 large boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup of peanut butter either smooth or crunchy
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 large cloves garlic, crushed ( I just used diced garlic in a jar)
3 Tbsp Lime juice or just get a fresh lime and cut it up into wedges
Peanuts a couple handfuls (put in about a half hour before it is done)
When I made this I guessed a lot on the measurements
Take your ingredients, mix them together and put it all in the slow cooker on low for about 8 hours
You can either leave the chicken whole or cut it up, I cut mine up! It goes farther.
